HOW DO I INSTALL YOUR IPTV SUBSCRIPTION ON A MAG DEVICE?

In this tutorial, we are going to show you how to bring the channels from our IPTV subscription to your MAG device.

First of all what is a MAG?

The steps to install IPTV on a MAG with a Portal

• Step 1: Click “Settings”, press “SETUP / SET” button on the remote control.
• Step 2: Then press “System settings” and click “Servers”.
• Step 3: Select “Portals”.
• Step 4: In the “Portal 1 name” line, enter “iptv4shopping”. In the "Portal 1 URL" line, enter the Portal address provided by email.

• Step 5: When all of the above steps are completed, press “OK” and “EXIT” twice on the remote control and restart the Portal (Restart Portal).

The steps to install IPTV on a MAG with the M3U file

Step 1: Download the list using the M3U link provided by email, to do so click on the link or copy and paste it into your browser and the download is done automatically.

Step 2: Copy / paste this file to a USB drive.

Step 3: Insert the USB stick into your MAG.

Step 4: Once your MAG displays on the screen "USB storage is connected", click on "Home media".

Step 5: Scroll down and click on your USB.

Step 6: Find and click on M3U file in USB drive.

Step 7: Click “Open”.

Step 8: A window will appear saying "  Open playlist ", now use F3 (yellow button on the remote).

Step 9: The m3u file is added to the IPTV section of the Home section.

Step 10: Use “Back” button to return to portal page and IPTV channels.

Now everything is ready to start watching live TV!

How to reset parental controls on a mag254?

1. Open the Users tab.
2. Choose the list of users.
3. Focus on the user and step on the wheel.
4. Choose Modify.
5. Unfold the Device Info tab in the user profile and tap Reset.

How do I lock the channels on my Mag 254?

When you see the channel list guide, press the APP button of the desired channel, enter the default password 0000, then press OK. This will either lock unlocked channels or remove the lock from a locked channel.

How can I unblock my IPTV channel?

When watching a channel in full screen, press the blue button on your remote control and the channel will be locked. If you then press OK button, you will go to the channel list, you will see the lock icon next to that channel. Press OK again to return to channel view. If you now change the channel and return to it, then you will need to enter 0000 as the password (unless you previously changed this password to something else). When you are still in channel viewing mode and the same channel is displayed on the screen, press the blue button again and that channel will then be unlocked.
